Every HUAYI product includes a 30-day return window. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Contact our support team through the contact form to initiate a return.
All HUAYI machines are covered by a 24-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Consumables such as filters and cleaning solution are covered for 12 months. Warranty claims are handled with free spare parts, replacement, or return.
